ProtoPep is an injectable-peptide tracker for people who do their own vial math — GLP-1 users (semaglutide, tirzepatide, compounded vials) and peptide users running BPC, TB-500, CJC, blends, and custom stacks. It does not provide medical advice; it organizes the schedule, inventory, and reconstitution math you already do.
Yes. The app is fully on-device — schedules, vials, logs, and the calculator all work without a network connection. iCloud sync runs in the background when you have a connection and queues changes when you don't.
On your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud private database. ProtoPep has no backend server and cannot see your data. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not ProtoPep. Open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, find ProtoPep, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period; the app reverts to the free tier (one active schedule, three vials) after.
Type the name in the picker's search field. If no match is found, you'll see "Use 'X' as custom peptide" at the bottom — tap it and ProtoPep adds the peptide as a custom entry you can reuse across schedules and vials.
No. ProtoPep is a personal organizational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any protocol. The calculator computes math from the values you enter; what you do with the result is your decision and your responsibility.
Settings → Data → Export your data. Choose a zipped CSV bundle (opens in Numbers, Excel, or Google Sheets) or a single JSON file (best for backup or moving to another tracker). Export is a Pro feature; the file is produced on your device and handed to the share sheet — nothing leaves your device unless you send it.
Settings → Data → Delete all data. The confirmation sheet includes an "Also delete from iCloud" toggle (default on) so you can either wipe everything across all your devices, or clear the local copy and let iCloud rehydrate this device on the next sync.
Settings → Send feedback, pick "Bug" as the category, and describe what happened. Toggle on "Include diagnostics" for tricky ones — that adds your app, iOS, and device version (nothing else) so the fix can be targeted. Or email aanthonyle28@gmail.com directly.
